Online support
All users with a license that includes the Basic Support or Extended Support option can contact us online or by phone for technical support questions. However, since the number of incoming phone lines is limited, we recommend that you first describe the problem online. If remote access is required to resolve the problem, the Internet must be available on the affected computer.

Step 1
Contact us at (+33 6 23 31 03 46 ) or by email at ( r.doireau@gmail.com ) to describe the support request. In many cases, the fastest way to get support is to share your desktop by accessing your computer online. All you need is to be connected to the Internet.
Step 2
When you are invited to an online session by our support, simply click on the QuickSupport icon on the right. Depending on your Internet browser software, you will be able to run (IE) or download (Firefox) and then launch the onyxhelp.exe application. There will be several security hints before you see the session ID which should be sent by phone or email.

Security Hint No software needs to be installed on your side. During the online session, you are in full control of your computer. You can end the online session at any time by clicking on the Exit icon on the right.
